Aston Villa vs Celtic

Aston Villa 2–2 Celtic

Aston Villa looked to have seized control of the game early on with Morgan Rodgers scoring a brace in the 3rd and 5th minutes. However, Celtic hit back in stunning fashion. Idah scored two goals in the space of just two minutes, the first in the 25th minute and the second in the 27th, leaving Villa stunned. The scoreline is now level at 2–2, and the game has become an exciting spectacle.

Bayern Munich vs Slovan Bratislava

Bayern Munich 1–0 Slovan Bratislava

Bayern Munich took the lead early with Tomas Müller scoring in the 8th minute. It was a well-executed finish from Müller, giving Bayern an early advantage. Slovan Bratislava have struggled to respond, and Bayern are looking to build on their dominance as the half progresses.

Inter Milan vs AS Monaco

Inter Milan 2–0 AS Monaco

Inter Milan were awarded a penalty in the 4th minute after Zakaria fouled Lautaro Martínez in the box. Martínez stepped up and converted to give Inter the early lead. Monaco’s woes worsened when Mawissa was sent off in the 12th minute for a clear red card after throwing Marcus Thuram to the floor. Martínez doubled his tally in the 16th minute with a clinical finish to make it 2–0. Inter have been dominant with Monaco facing a huge task to get back into the game.

Borussia Dortmund vs Shakhtar Donetsk

Borussia Dortmund 2–0 Shakhtar Donetsk

In this match, Guirassy gave Dortmund the lead in the 17th minute with a lucky deflection off the forward, leaving Shakhtar’s keeper with no chance. Dortmund have controlled the game, and just before the half-time break, Guirassy found the net again in the 42nd minute to make it 2–0. Shakhtar have been unable to put any pressure on Dortmund, and it’s looking bleak for them heading into the second half.

Dinamo Zagreb vs AC Milan

Dinamo Zagreb 1–0 AC Milan

Dinamo Zagreb have stunned AC Milan with a goal from Baturina, putting them 1–0 up. Milan, already struggling, were reduced to 10 men in the 29th minute after Ynus Musah received his second yellow card for a foul, leaving the Italian side at a disadvantage. With Milan down to 10 men, Dinamo will be looking to capitalise and extend their lead as the game goes on.

Girona vs Arsenal

Girona 1–2 Arsenal

Girona took an early lead against Arsenal, but the Gunners have responded well. Jorginho converted a penalty in the 38th minute to equalise for Arsenal, and just before the break, Nwaneri found the net in the 42nd minute to give Arsenal a 2–1 lead. Girona have played well but now find themselves behind as Arsenal head into the second half with the advantage.

Juventus vs Benfica

Juventus 0–1 Benfica

Benfica took the lead through Pavlidis, who has been in red-hot form after his hat-trick against Barcelona last week. The Greek forward gave Benfica the lead early in the match, and Juventus have yet to find a response. The hosts are struggling to break down the Benfica defence, and it looks like they’ll need to step up in the second half if they’re to get back into the game.

Lille vs Feyenoord

Lille 2–1 Feyenoord

Lille took the lead early on through a goal from Sahraoui in the 4th minute, but Feyenoord were quick to respond with a goal from Giménez in the 14th minute to level the score. However, the momentum shifted when Feyenoord’s Trauner scored an own goal in the 38th minute, handing Lille a 2–1 lead. Feyenoord will need to regroup and find a way to equalise again in the second half.

PSV Eindhoven vs Liverpool

PSV Eindhoven 3–2 Liverpool

Liverpool took the lead in the 28th minute when Cody Gakpo converted a penalty, but PSV responded well. Bakayoko scored in the 35th minute to equalise for PSV. Just before half-time, Harvey Elliott put Liverpool back in front in the 40th minute. However, PSV struck back immediately with Saibari’s goal before the break, levelling the score at 2–2. In injury time, PSV got lucky when Bradley scored an own goal, giving the Dutch side a 3–2 lead. A dramatic first half!

RB Salzburg vs Atlético Madrid

RB Salzburg 0–3 Atlético Madrid

Atlético Madrid have been dominant from the outset, with Simeone scoring the opening goal in the 5th minute and Griezmann adding a second in the 13th minute. Salzburg have had no response, and Griezmann completed his brace in the 39th minute to make it 3–0. Atlético are in full control, and Salzburg have a monumental task to try and turn things around in the second half.

Sporting CP vs Bologna

Sporting CP 0–1 Bologna

Bologna took the lead with a goal from Pobega, putting them 1–0 up in a crucial match. Sporting CP, who need a win to stay in the competition, have struggled to break down Bologna’s defence. The Portuguese side will need a quick response to avoid a disastrous result.

Barcelona vs Atalanta

Barcelona 0–0 Atalanta

The game has been relatively uneventful so far, with Barcelona controlling possession but struggling to break down Atalanta’s defence. Atalanta had a goal ruled out for offside in the 40th minute when Zappacosta found the net, but VAR confirmed the decision. It’s still 0–0 as both teams head into the break.

Bayer Leverkusen vs Sparta Prague

Bayer Leverkusen 1–0 Sparta Prague

Leverkusen took the lead in the 32nd minute with a goal from Wirtz. The German side has looked solid, with Sparta Prague unable to pose much of a threat in the first half. Leverkusen will be hoping to build on their lead in the second half.

Manchester City vs Club Brugge

Manchester City 0–1 Club Brugge

In a massive upset, Club Brugge have taken the lead just before the break, with Onyedika scoring in the 44th minute to put the Belgian side 1–0 up. Manchester City have been below par, and they now find themselves in a difficult position as they head into the second half.

Sturm Graz vs RB Leipzig

Sturm Graz 1–0 RB Leipzig

In a surprising turn, Sturm Graz have taken the lead through a goal from Malic in the 42nd minute. The underdogs have stunned Leipzig, who have failed to break down the hosts. Leipzig will need to improve dramatically in the second half if they want to avoid an upset.

VfB Stuttgart vs PSG

PSG 3–0 VfB Stuttgart

PSG took an early lead through Barcola, who found the back of the net early in the match. French forward Dembele then doubled the advantage with two goals, one in the 23rd minute and another in the 36th minute, to give PSG a commanding 3–0 lead. Stuttgart have struggled to cope with PSG’s attacking quality and will need a miracle to get back into this one.

Young Boys vs FK Crvena Zvezda

Young Boys 0–0 FK Crvena Zvezda

This match has been a rather uneventful affair so far, with both sides failing to create much in terms of attacking threat. The first half has been cautious, and neither team has managed to break the deadlock. The hope is that the second half can bring more excitement and, hopefully, some goals.

Brest vs Real Madrid

Brest 0–1 Real Madrid

Real Madrid took the lead in this encounter with a goal from Rodrygo in the 18th minute. Brest have tried to stay compact defensively, but Madrid have looked the more dangerous side, and Rodrygo’s strike is the difference at the break. Real will look to extend their lead as Brest search for a way back into the match.
